Do you have experience in property technology and work planning and thrive in a role where you take responsibility for ensuring smooth daily operations? As an operations manager at Axcell Fastighetspartner, you will be an important link between the workgroup and management, where your commitment and problem-solving skills create structure, quality, and good service. As an operations manager, you have a dual role where you lead the daily operations alongside your regular role as a property technician. You act as a link between the workgroup and management and ensure that daily operations run smoothly. It is your task to nurture existing customer relationships and establish new contacts. You will have daily contact with tenants and property owners to provide them with the service they need.

Your responsibilities, in addition to your role as a property technician, will include:

  • scheduling
  • work planning
  • assisting in the distribution of reported issues
  • assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
  • supporting employees in interpreting agreements to ensure compliance
  • working for a good working environment and cohesion among team members

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

  • Experience in property technology or a similar profession
  • Good system skills
  • Proficient in Office
  • Driver's license (B)
  • Good command of Swedish in both spoken and written form

As an operations manager, you have a business-oriented approach and the ability to create good relationships, both internally with your colleagues and externally with customers. You are responsible, service-oriented, and attentive. You have excellent collaboration skills and are a problem solver who enjoys taking initiative. You are structured, self-driven, and resilient under stress. As a person, you are unpretentious and willing to help wherever needed.

Since we have offices in both Linköping and Norrköping and a close collaboration between them, the location can be either Linköping or Norrköping.

Social Sustainability

We care about your development and invest in both internal and external training for our employees. We know that when you grow, we grow! The social climate here is characterized by unpretentiousness and community, where we help each other deliver high-quality service to our customers. We have short decision-making paths, and you have the opportunity to influence your daily work.
