Responsibilities

As a property technician, you will work closely with the customer. It is your job to maintain existing customer relationships and establish new contacts. You will have daily contact with tenants and property owners to provide them with the service they need.

Your tasks will include:

Service work
Repairs
Maintenance work
Installations
Property inspections
Operational optimizations
Driving smaller improvement projects

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

High school education
Education focused on property technology/related industries or equivalent work experience
Good system proficiency
Good knowledge of Office
Driving license B
Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
