In this role, you will work on assembling complex components for central units, a crucial part of the company's production. Your focus will be on quality, safety, and efficiency.

Your responsibilities:

• Assemble a wide range of components for central units according to specific work instructions.

• Follow work processes and quality standards to ensure high-quality work.

• Be a role model in safety matters and actively encourage safety rules within the team.

• Act immediately on deviations to maintain a high level of safety.

• Participate in the continuous improvement of the production process, including the 5S method.

• Work to achieve and exceed production goals regarding quality and quantity.

• Has a strong sense of quality and attention to detail.

• Is a team player with a strong safety mindset.

• Can quickly adapt to new working methods.

• Is motivated to develop within your field.
