About the Role

As a traffic manager, you will plan and administer transports between Sweden and Poland, primarily within imports. You will belong to a dedicated team of 7 employees and a traffic manager who together find the best solutions for the company's customers' transports.

The following tasks are included in the role of traffic manager:

- Daily contact with carriers, drivers, shipping companies, and customers.

- Load planning of goods

- Planning of our outgoing units and allocation of trucks.

- Notification to customers regarding loading and unloading

- Booking of loading and unloading times as well as reporting in customer-specific systems

- Daily control of trailer availability and, in consultation with colleagues, ensuring that the trailer flow is balanced

- Financial reporting prior to invoicing

The position is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by Emploid and rented out as a consultant to our client.

About You

To fit this role, you are a person driven by making good business, have a distinct service mindset, and the ambition to always put the customer first. In addition, you should be stress-resistant, able to handle a changing everyday life, and function both in a team and for independent work. You have a solution-oriented approach and good communication skills both in collaboration with colleagues and customers.

Competence Requirements:

- Experience in service, order management, planning, and administration

- Good knowledge of the Office suite, system familiarity, and general IT skills

- Fluent in Polish and English, both spoken and written; knowledge of Swedish is a strong merit

- Experience in the transport and logistics industry is a merit but not a requirement.
