About the Assignment

Johnson & Johnson is looking for an experienced QA Validation Lead for an exciting assignment in Uppsala. The role involves leading and driving validation activities within pharma and/or medical technology. You will be a key person in the project team and responsible for ensuring that the validation work meets regulatory requirements and internal standards.

Responsibilities

As a QA Validation Lead, you will:

Lead and plan validation activities for equipment and processes.
Develop validation plans, strategies, and reports, including revalidation where relevant.
Perform risk assessments to determine the scope of validation.
Review and approve requirement specifications, qualification protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ), and reports.
Ensure that requirements are testable and that technical documentation follows the validation plan.
Verify that participants in the validation group have relevant training.

The position is a consulting assignment starting immediately and is expected to last for approximately 16 months. You will be employed by Adecco Sweden and work 80% on-site in Uppsala and 10-20% remote.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

At least 3–5 years of experience in validation work within pharma or medical technology.
Documented experience in commissioning, IQ/OQ/PQ, URS, and validation plans.
Good knowledge of GMP and ISO 13485:2016 as well as experience in documentation and validation activities.
Technical competence for equipment qualification.
The ability to work independently and drive projects forward.
Immediate availability is a requirement.
