We are now looking for ninth graders in Uppsala municipality who are seeking a summer job for the summer of 2026.

As a summer employee at Uppsalahem, you will play an important role in creating pleasant living environments for our tenants. As a summer worker, you will help beautify our gardens and outdoor areas, which includes everything from oiling fences to picking up litter and keeping our areas tidy. You will also work in a team with other skilled summer workers to collectively create enjoyable environments!

This summer job involves physical work and you will be working outdoors.

Requirements

To apply for this job, it is a requirement that you are a ninth grader in Uppsala municipality.

The process

In this recruitment, we will draw lots for the summer job positions. The lottery will take place at the beginning of April, and after it is completed, we will inform those who have been selected for the summer.

Scope: Monday to Friday for 3 weeksWorking hours: 08:00 - 15:00 (6 hours per day)Periods: there are two periods, either period 1 (week 25-27) or period 2 (week 28-30)Location: We have two different districts (Western and Eastern)
