As a staffing consultant, you will work at our clients' sites within the industrial sector, primarily on the blue-collar side (skilled workers). You are employed by Lernia and work on assignments for our partners. The work may include assembly, production, warehousing, or other tasks depending on the client's needs.

You have an interest in industrial work, are punctual, responsible, and enjoy working in a team.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in assembly/industrial work or warehousing

• Driver's license and access to your own car

• Forklift license (advantageous)

• Good knowledge of Swedish & English in both written and spoken form
