With us, you can work in the following roles: Property Technician

The role of a property technician involves troubleshooting maintenance work at our tenants' homes. This can range from replacing seals in dripping faucets to fixing locks and doors. In your role, you have significant responsibility and plan your day based on the work orders you receive directly on your phone.

For the role of property technician, you should have experience in similar work.

Property Worker

As a property worker, you enjoy working outdoors! The role suits you if you like physical work and want to contribute to creating pleasant, well-maintained, and green outdoor environments. You primarily work with outdoor maintenance of our residential areas, including lawn mowing, trimming, maintenance pruning of shrubs and plants, weed control, and waste management.

Cleaner

In your role as a cleaner, you contribute to our tenants' comfort by working with cleaning common areas such as stairwells, basement corridors, and laundry rooms. In the role, you have frequent meetings with tenants where you can utilize your social skills.

We are looking for someone who is positive, independent, and curious about the property industry. You will be Uppsalahem's face to the public, so it is important that you enjoy meeting other people and have the ability to build trust.

Requirements

• Completed or ongoing high school education

• Driving license B (manual)

• Ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Desirable

• If you have experience in similar tasks or have relevant education for any of the positions, it is an advantage.
