Your Responsibilities

We are looking for an engaged nursing assistant! As several of our staff are currently combining studies with work, we are looking for you who would thrive in home care.

With us, you will work with the usual tasks within the profession, but in a new and developing way. You will be part of a smaller team where the focus is on the National Board of Health and Welfare's guidelines for a fixed care contact. This means increased continuity, security, and stronger relationships – both for our clients and for you as an employee.

As a nursing assistant with us, you provide support to clients in their own homes, based on person-centered care. Your work contributes not only to good care but also to increased quality of life through presence, security, and social interaction.

The tasks are varied and meaningful – from practical help such as meals, personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and transfers, to escorting, walks, and breaking isolation. You are an important part of creating security and dignity in the client's daily life.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant, preferably with a rehabilitative approach.

• You need to have good computer/technical skills to tackle the future's digitalization in care.
• Specialist competence in dementia, palliative care, and psychiatry is an advantage.
• We are looking for someone who enjoys working with the elderly.

About the Workplace

The home care service consists of four home care areas, a night patrol, and a service team.

The home care service is based in Tibble, where we have our nice shared facility. There are team leaders and planners who provide support in everyday life. In each home care group, we have care teams with nursing assistants and caregivers. Overall, we have planners, team leaders, executive assistants, and a vehicle and digitalization technician.

The mission of the home care service is to enable individuals to stay in their homes.
