L&T is now looking for an experienced property technician to join its close-knit team.
You will be an important part of a stable and well-functioning group of eight technicians and a facility manager.

About L&T
L&T is responsible for the operation and management of primarily commercial properties with a wide variety of technology and complexity. Among the properties are those around the Central Station as well as category housing (LLS). You will work in a broad and varied environment where no day is the same.
 

About the role

As a property technician at L&T, you will work with:

• Operation, supervision, maintenance, and rounds of various types of properties
• Optimization of technical installations
• Troubleshooting and actions within HVAC, electrical, control & regulation, and automation
• Management of systems for fire, sprinkler, spa, and special facilities
• Contact with contractors and tenants
• Documentation of completed work and operational changes

This is a more advanced role with significant personal responsibility. You will be a key person for the efficient and optimized operation of their properties.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of experience in property management
• Experience with commercial properties is an advantage
• Desirable knowledge: operational optimization, electrical, HVAC, control & regulation, automation, fire and sprinkler systems
• Relevant technical education in electrical, HVAC, property management or similar
• Alternatively, long documented experience in the field
• Swedish spoken and written

Workplace and working hours

• Work area: Jönköping or Vetlanda depending on residence
• Opportunity for a company car with home delivery and charging options
• Working hours: 07:00–16:00
• Travel may occur within the area as part of the job

This is a direct recruitment, which means you will be employed directly by Lassila & Tikanoja FM AB. The position is a permanent full-time position with a six-month probationary period.
