Aircano AB is a well-established ventilation company focused on property technical installations. We currently have about 30 employees who jointly manage projects in ventilation, control & regulation, service, and energy-saving projects for 77 million SEK/year primarily for property owners, companies, and housing cooperatives. Our main working areas are Stockholm and Mälardalen.

The Instalco Group, which Aircano is part of, is one of the leading installation companies in the Nordic region within electrical, plumbing, ventilation, cooling, technical consulting, and industry. Instalco has a turnover of 14.4 billion SEK and employs over 6200 people in more than 150 companies in the Nordic region. We are now looking for another competent employee for our office in Sköndal.

Do you have ambitions to develop in the ventilation industry?

As a Junior Balancer at Aircano, your main tasks will be service and balancing of ventilation systems for our customers around the Greater Stockholm area. You will often work alongside a colleague in various properties and construction sites. Your tasks will also include cleaning ducts, fans, and vents as well as meticulous documentation of ongoing work. The job involves meeting many new people, so it is important that you enjoy customer contact and are good at building trust.

We are looking for someone who has chosen or is considering a career in the ventilation industry. It is advantageous if you have some form of education in ventilation and/or practical experience in ventilation work. You are practically/technically inclined, enjoy a dynamic and varied job, and appreciate using both your body and mind in your work. Balancing work requires mathematical calculations, so you should have a reasonable aptitude for mathematics and logical thinking.

Regardless of your background, you need to be a productive and results-oriented person with a strong work ethic and a desire to excel in your professional role. You should be able to demonstrate that you have performed well in the past, whether in school, internships, or jobs. We assume you have a driver's license and that you are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
