About the operation
The Community Building Administration is responsible for the technical supply within Mellerud Municipality. The administration works on behalf of the Municipal Executive Board, which acts as the technical committee in Mellerud Municipality. The Food Unit is part of the Service Unit, which belongs to the Community Building Administration, where the units for meal transport, cleaning, and cafeteria are also included. We have four production kitchens in Mellerud Municipality, and the position is currently located at Rådaköket, which is our largest preparation kitchen with about 1500 portions on weekdays.

Job responsibilities
100% driver primarily for meal transports, daytime Monday to Friday, also responsible for arranging substitutes on weekends and public holidays. You are responsible for the car's cleaning and maintenance and for ensuring that the car is traffic-safe, i.e., tire changes, inspections, and other service as needed. You should be able to handle a tail lift on the truck, but you will receive digital training from the municipality if you lack this competence.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is responsible and punctual, with a strong focus on safety and traffic regulations. You should have the ability to work independently, be easy to collaborate with, and have a positive attitude towards others. You are calm, stress-resistant, and meticulous, driven and flexible, and have a holistic view. It is important that you are a service-oriented person with high social competence, as the work involves a lot of contact with both the municipality's employees and our residents. In the role of driver, you are required to follow all applicable traffic regulations and handle the vehicle in such a way that the meals in the meal carts are not negatively affected.

Requirements
B driver's license
High school education
At least 3 years of experience in similar driving work.
You can speak, read, and understand Swedish.
