About the Role

As a transmission specialist, you will work in our production alongside an experienced and knowledgeable team. You are a key player in daily production but will also support your colleagues in complex troubleshooting and analysis. You will assist our project management in analyzing new products, process improvements, etc.

The role involves some customer contact, both via phone and in-person meetings, where you will handle technical problems and solutions clearly and confidently with your expertise.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has/is:

Experience in technical work with vehicles, preferably in powertrain technology (passenger cars, heavy vehicles, marine, construction, or forklifts).

Technical Interest:

• You have a good understanding of how mechanical systems (mechanics/hydraulics/electronics) interact and can read instructions in Swedish and English.
• Knowledge and interest in a holistic understanding of how vehicles are constructed and function.
• Interest in problem-solving and a high ability to seek information independently.
• Ability to understand technical instructions and documentation.

Detail-oriented and Structured: You perform your work with high precision and have an eye for detail.

Responsible: You take initiative and ensure that work is completed on time and with high quality.

Team Player: You enjoy working in a team and contributing to a positive work environment. Your colleagues are also your customers.

Valid Driver's License (B)

Fluent in Swedish both spoken and written, as well as good English.
