Job Responsibilities

Do you have several years of experience as a passenger car mechanic and thrive in a workplace with an open atmosphere, a family-like environment, and close collaboration? We are now looking for a self-driven and experienced mechanic for one of our clients – a well-known workshop located centrally in Hisingen.

Here, you will work in a small team with a strong sense of community, where everyone helps each other and job satisfaction is a natural part of everyday life. The workshop mainly handles newer cars, which means you need to be comfortable with troubleshooting via OBD and experienced in working with modern vehicle electronics.

About the Role

As a passenger car mechanic, you will work broadly with everything from:

• Troubleshooting with OBD programs
• Service and maintenance
• Timing belt changes and advanced repairs

If you also have experience working with electric cars, that is a big plus!

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a trained automotive technician or has equivalent experience
• Has several years of experience working as a car mechanic
• Is self-driven, flexible, and has a good sense of responsibility
• Thrives in a smaller team and contributes positive energy
• Is comfortable with both customer contact and varied workdays

Qualifications

• Experience as a passenger car mechanic (including timing belt changes and troubleshooting)
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Driver's license B (manual transmission)
• Experience working with electric cars is an advantage

About the Position

• Location: Centrally in Hisingen, Gothenburg
• Scope: Full-time, permanent
• Working hours: Daytime, Monday–Friday
• Start: By agreement
