Transport Manager Wanted at Röke Buss

We at Röke Buss are now looking for a transport manager for a temporary position with the possibility of extension.

About us:

Röke Buss is Skåne's largest bus company with a modern fleet of approximately 60 buses and nearly 100 employees. We operate school traffic, charter traffic, and bus charter trips throughout Europe. Our headquarters is located in Röke, between Hässleholm and Örkelljunga.

About the position

As a transport manager, you play a central role in the daily operations. Your main responsibility is to ensure that traffic runs smoothly and efficiently while complying with laws, agreements, and internal procedures.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• Scheduling bus drivers according to applicable agreements, regulations, and driving and rest time regulations
• Ongoing planning for optimal traffic performance
• Daily contact and business dialogue with drivers, customers, and clients
• Collaboration with other staff in the office
• Handling incoming calls and bookings
• Administrative tasks related to traffic management and planning

The job requires quick decision-making, good overview, and the ability to manage several parallel processes.

Qualifications

Requirements

• High school education
• Good administrative skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Swedish – fluent in speech and writing
• B driver's license but preferably D driver's license

Meritorious

• Knowledge of driving and rest time regulations
• Experience in traffic management or a similar role
• Experience with booking systems, preferably Travelize

Employment conditions

• Scope: Full-time
• Working hours: Monday – Thursday 08:00–17:00. Friday 08:00-15:00
• Employment form: Temporary with good possibility for extension
• Salary: By agreement
• Start date: As soon as possible or by agreement
