About the Position

Are you a student or have another main occupation and looking for a part-time job? We are currently seeking process operators/forklift drivers for Santa Maria's tortilla factory in Landskrona! As a process operator/forklift driver, you will work in a varied role within production. Your main tasks will include:

Forklift driving
Monitoring and cleaning of machines.
Product changes and quality controls.
Reporting and registering any errors, stoppages, and complaints

Our regular employees work in 5-shift teams with a rolling schedule that includes mornings, afternoons, and nights.

As a temporary employee, you will step in as needed, which means you may be scheduled at different times – sometimes mornings, sometimes nights. Therefore, you need to be flexible and able to work varying hours.

Training

To give you a good start, we offer a structured training program. The training takes place under a 5-shift system with mornings, afternoons, and nights. It follows the schedule: 6 working days – 4 days off – 6 working days.

It is important that you can participate throughout the entire training period, as this is a prerequisite for you to work as a forklift driver with us.

About You

We are looking for someone who is disciplined, curious, and takes initiative. You are communicative, meticulous, and have a strong focus on safety. Since the work involves shifts, we see it as important that you are flexible and comfortable working varying hours.

Important for the position is:

Driving license B
Forklift license A+B
Have another main occupation (studies/another job) of at least 50%.
At least two semesters remaining if you are studying.
Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
Available to work 3 days a week
Available to work during the summer of 2026

Meritorious

Experience working in a factory environment
Overhead crane and lift certificates
