As a merchandiser at SRB Retail House, you are responsible for ensuring that store shelves are always well-stocked and that products are displayed in a sales-oriented manner. Your main tasks include:

• Restocking and maintaining products
• Checking signage and re-displaying when necessary
• Ordering products and following up on stock status
• Contacting store staff and ensuring the store's needs are met
• Working independently in-store and possibly visiting several stores in one day

In this role, freedom with responsibility is important - you plan and carry out your work independently but always have support from your area manager and other support functions at SRB Retail House.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who wants to work about 5 hours per week spread over Monday, Thursday & Friday, in addition to this, you can work extra in our substitute pool. The start for the position is immediate.

To thrive in the role, we see that you:

• Have an interest in grocery retail and enjoy physical work
• Are solution-oriented, communicative, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoy working independently and changing environments during the workday
• Are an early riser - we start workdays early in the morning
• Have a driver's license and access to your own car as you will be visiting stores in Kristianstad, Bromölla, Fjälkinge, and Åhus

Meritorious:

• Previous experience working in retail or within grocery retail
