About the Assignment

We are now seeking a strategic buyer at an expert level for an assignment at Svenska kraftnät, which is a growing and critical societal operation. Svenska kraftnät is facing extensive investments to expand and renew Sweden's electricity transmission network, a central part of the energy transition.

The assignment involves strategic responsibility for the procurement of property-related services (Facility Management) as well as indirect materials, and requires solid experience in public procurement according to LUF/LOU and the ability to independently drive complex procurements from strategy to contract.

Job Responsibilities

In the role of strategic buyer, you will be responsible for:

• Independently leading and conducting procurements within property-related services (Facility Management)
• Independently leading procurements within indirect materials, such as communication, training, and similar services
• Conducting procurements in other categories as needed, such as IT or measures related to the power system
• Developing and driving procurement strategies
• Leading and conducting RFI processes
• Being responsible for the preparation and design of procurement documents
• Leading evaluation processes and negotiations with suppliers
• Supporting and, if necessary, leading clients in requirement specification
• Ensuring proper handover of contracts and supporting clients during the contract period
• Ensuring compliance with Svenska kraftnät's processes and legal requirements according to LUF
• Contributing to business development within the procurement function

Required Qualifications

To be considered for the assignment, you must have:

• At least 10 years of experience in strategic procurement
• At least 7 years of experience leading procurements in the public sector according to LUF or LOU
• At least 2 years of experience in procuring property-related services (Facility Management)
• At least 3 years of experience leading procurements using negotiated procedures, including negotiations with suppliers
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Desirable Qualifications

It is advantageous if you also have:

• Experience in conducting public procurement according to LUF
• Experience in developing, analyzing, and improving contract templates for services
• Experience in having conducted at least one security-protected procurement

Additional Information

The assignment is located at Svenska kraftnät's office in Sundbyberg. The consultant may, in consultation with the client, work on other projects, provided that the role, level, and scope remain unchanged. Security classification must correspond to the tasks.
