About the Role

We are looking for a driven and structured leader who thrives in a combined role where you alternate between operational management and administrative responsibilities. You will be a key person in the organization and act as the spider in the web between employees, customers, and management. Your mission is to create the right conditions for our cleaning staff to deliver the highest quality – every day.

Responsibilities

Operational Management

• Plan, lead, and distribute the daily work for the cleaning staff.
• Ensure staffing and efficient workflows.

Administration

• Be responsible for scheduling, time reporting, and documentation.
• Work in Microsoft Office and the company's operational systems.

Quality Assurance

• Conduct regular quality checks.
• Follow up on deviations and ensure that set quality goals are met.

Customer Contact

• Be the contact person for customers regarding questions, follow-ups, and meetings.
• Contribute to long-term and good customer relationships.

Introduction and Training

• Introduce and mentor new staff.
• Ensure that work is performed according to modern cleaning methods and applicable safety regulations.

We are looking for someone who has

• Experience in cleaning and good knowledge of modern cleaning methods.
• Previous experience in management and/or administrative work.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
• Driving license B.

Meritorious:

• Professional certificate, such as PRYL or SRY.
