We are looking for a team leader for our cleaning team!

Hotel Ronja is a family-owned business consisting of a hotel, restaurant, and conference department with an accompanying exhibition hall.

The hotel has 39 newly renovated hotel rooms of varying sizes and characters, plus 6 brand new DUX suites with a clear focus on design and luxury.

We constantly strive to provide our guests with the absolute best guest experience and place great importance on personal interaction!

We are now looking for someone who wants to work as a team leader for our cleaning team during the summer.

As a team leader, you will work alongside your cleaning team in daily operations but will also be responsible for planning the day, quality controls, and laundry orders.

You can work at a fast pace, are meticulous, and have an eye for detail.

If you are a cheerful, outgoing, and service-minded person who is passionate about personal interaction, you are the right fit for us!

You will receive on-site training to feel secure and confident in your role when the high season begins.

We review applications continuously and hire the person we feel is right even if the application period has not expired. If you can start working a little at the beginning of the year, this is an advantage. The position is approximately 70-80%.
