We are looking for a housekeeper who wants to take care of and clean our castle. In addition to cleaning, you will assist during breakfast, conference breaks, and serve lunch.

We are looking for someone who is versatile, meticulous, self-driven, and motivated. The work is partly done independently, so you need to be able to work autonomously but also fit into a team, as you will occasionally be on other departments helping with breakfast service, lunch service, and setting up snacks for our conferences.

The daily cleaning takes place early in the morning with some interruptions to assist with guest services. You need to be able to see and take your own initiatives in your work; imagine a curtain hanging crooked - you fix that. If a trim needs to be screwed in - you fix that. If you see something that needs to be addressed, you take the initiative or ask for time to fix it. The work is thus partly routine, but at the same time, situations arise that require you to be flexible and find solutions on your own. You also need to be communicative both with your department manager and with guests you encounter.

The main part of the job is to clean and organize, but part of the job involves breakfast/conference and lunch service.

The position is a temporary contract for at least 1.5 years. 70% daytime, weekdays. You may be asked to cover some weekend mornings if there is extra need for breakfast. You can work extra as needed and have your own flexibility to get more hours.
