JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Together, we are responsible for keeping the municipality's properties clean and fresh. As an employee, you will be responsible for cleaning in facilities used for municipal activities. The work includes all cleaning tasks within daily cleaning, weekly cleaning, and deep cleaning of premises. The job involves taking care of machines, cleaning materials, and being responsible for ordering consumables. It is performed in accordance with the municipality's cleaning routines, with the aim of maintaining good cleaning quality and good ergonomics for a sustainable work environment. Cleaning is carried out using both manual cleaning tools and machines.

In terms of food, our mission is to prepare good and nutritious meals for our guests every day. The municipality has 27 kitchens in various forms where food is prepared in central units for smaller receiving kitchens. New for Vimmerby municipality is that we have just transitioned to a structure where we deliver hot meals from central units.

Our kitchens are modern with fine machines that help prepare approximately 3,500 daily portions.

QUALIFICATIONS

We would like you to have:

• Culinary education (1-year)
• SRY education or other equivalent cleaning education
• Experience in similar work
