Novas Krog is a charming restaurant focused on homemade Swedish cuisine in a warm and inviting environment. Here, tradition meets variation: classic Swedish comfort food and grilled classics are prepared with love and served alongside carefully selected meat, fish, and vegetarian dishes from both local and international kitchens. The menu is based on seasonal ingredients and local suppliers, with a clear sustainability mindset. Guests are offered an authentic culinary experience with a taste of Sweden – with a twist of the world.

We also operate Novas Holmön, located in Byviken on Holmön, directly adjacent to the harbor with ferry connections to/from the mainland and next to the Holmön Boat Museum.

All food is made from scratch at our restaurant, and we exclusively use ingredients of the highest quality.

We are now looking for an experienced chef who, together with the rest of the team, will further enhance our customers' experiences.

This position primarily involves daytime work on weekdays and only about every fourth weekend.

You who are applying are a team player, enjoy working with people, and can keep multiple balls in the air at the same time. Since we are a small workplace, we help out wherever needed.

It is also important for us to maintain a family atmosphere and find a colleague who fits well into our team.
