For our nursery in Nässja, we are now looking for a curious and driven person with a strong interest in cultivation and forests. In this role, you will specialize in cultivation and be responsible for the overall care of our forest plants with a focus on sustainable and long-term growth. We see our plants as living materials, and we hope you do too!
Here you will become part of a close-knit team that follows the plants' journey from sowing to delivery. With us, we collaborate to achieve the best results, and you will also work in an environment with beautiful natural surroundings around our nursery.
In this role, you will:
- Work independently towards set goals while closely collaborating with growers and other colleagues at the nursery
- Be responsible for watering, fertilizing, and long-night treatments to ensure the best development of the plants
- Perform lab analyses and manage inventory, documentation, and planning for our cultivation flow
- Actively participate in other parts of the production process, including sowing, packing, logistics, deliveries, and administrative tasks
You will be based in Nässja and will be supervised by the process manager for cultivation and report to the nursery manager.
Who are we looking for?
We believe that you are a responsible and self-driven person who enjoys taking your own initiatives and working independently. You have strong communication skills and a positive attitude that contributes to joy and engagement in the workplace. A genuine interest in cultivation and forests is, of course, a given!
Skills and qualifications we believe you have:
- Vocational high school diploma in areas such as forestry, cultivation, gardening, industry, construction, logistics, electricity, or energy. Alternatively, at least two years of work experience in these areas
- Computer proficiency with good administrative skills
- Ability to collaborate well and a meticulous and structured work style
- B driver's license is mandatory, forklift (B1) and/or wheel loader certification (C) is a plus
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
