We are now looking for operators for our CNC and machining operations in Södra Vi!

About the CNC Operator Position

As a CNC operator, you will work in a modern and technologically advanced production environment focusing on machining aluminum components. You will be responsible for monitoring CNC machines, handling details, and conducting quality checks. The work is varied and involves close collaboration with colleagues from several departments.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and working in CNC-controlled machining cells

• Handling, measuring, and inspecting machined details

• Working with technical equipment such as CNC machines, robots, fixtures, and measuring equipment

• Following established work, inspection, and packing instructions

• Performing documentation according to current procedures

• Sorting and quality checking of details

• Working with 5S and AM tasks according to current working methods

• Preparing and assisting with tool changes and basic machine maintenance

• Prioritizing tasks based on the current production plan

• Collaborating with other departments during production disruptions

You may have experience in CNC, machining, or manufacturing, but this is not a requirement – the most important thing is your commitment, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

You are responsible, quality-conscious, and have a natural interest in technology, machines, and precision. You enjoy working in a team and contribute to good collaboration while feeling confident in taking responsibility and working independently when needed. Safety, order, and cleanliness are a natural part of your work approach.
