JENSEN school kitchen Bro Mälarstrand is part of JENSEN education and works daily to prepare, serve, and deliver food to our schools across the country.

We are now looking for kitchen assistants, meal assistants, drivers (food delivery), and chefs who can step in and cover as needed!

About the Position

Our meals are prepared in our production kitchen by chefs and are high-quality, nutritious, and varied. We have a sustainability mindset and actively work to make the best use of raw materials. In addition, you share our thoughts on the importance of protecting children's health and well-being, including actively working to reduce the amount of refined sugar they consume.

As part of the kitchen staff with us, you have overall responsibility for hygiene in the kitchen and the quality of the meals served at the school, which you take very seriously. The position mainly consists of assisting with food preparation in the kitchen, dishwashing, meal serving, taking care of the dining room, cleaning, preparing salad buffets, etc.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is positive, service-minded, accustomed to a fast pace, and able to lift in the work. Furthermore, we see that you are punctual and have high attendance. You are responsible and have great collaboration skills with both children and adults. It is of utmost importance that you are engaged and flexible in your work and have a positive and solution-oriented attitude as the work may involve rapid changes.

We consider it an advantage if you have a B driver's license and previous experience working in a kitchen.

Employment Type

The position is intermittent employment as needed (hourly employment).
