Inspired by Istanbul, Berlin, and Sweden's kebab corners, we have created a menu that both the press and our regulars love. We are a tight-knit team with a high ceiling, quick service, and a love for really good street food.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is:

• A team player with a fast pace in their hands and calmness in their head.
• Meticulous about cleanliness, structure, and order – it’s the foundation of everything we do.
• Used to working in a fast kitchen, preferably with experience in kebab or similar street food.
• Flexible with working hours and ready to take responsibility – evenings and weekends are part of the job.
• Passionate – you enjoy working with your hands, the aromas, the flavors, and the pace of a real kitchen.

What will you do with us?

As a kitchen assistant at M.O.A.S, you will:

• Prepare ingredients and help cook our renowned kebab from scratch.
• Ensure that the kitchen is clean, organized, and efficient – always.
• Work closely with our chefs and serving staff to provide guests with a top experience every time.
• Contribute to keeping the energy up in both the kitchen and dining area.

We would like you to:

• Have previous experience in a kitchen, preferably in kebab, grill, or other street food (meritorious but not required).
• Be quick, self-sufficient, and thrive in a kitchen where a lot is happening.
