As a Warehouse Coordinator, you are the one who makes the flow of goods work – from ordering and receiving to packing and delivery. You keep the warehouse organized, ensure that the right items are in the right place, and support our kiosks, restaurants, and sales units with what they need to deliver top service to our guests.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure order, structure, and hygiene in the warehouse according to company procedures

• Receive and check deliveries

• Organize storage areas and optimize flows

• Keep inventory levels updated and report shortages or discrepancies

• Order goods for kiosks, restaurants, and other sales units

• Optimize purchases based on season, sales volume, and campaigns

• Communicate with suppliers regarding discrepancies or product issues

• Ensure that purchases are cost-effective and meet company standards

• Plan and execute daily deliveries of goods to our various units

• Prioritize and structure deliveries to ensure efficient operations

• Load and unload goods safely

Your Profile

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you are structured, meticulous, and enjoy a role where you create order and ensure everything runs smoothly. You work efficiently, take initiative, and find it easy to collaborate with both colleagues and suppliers. You are accustomed to physical work, have a good sense of logistics, and like to stay one step ahead. Since the role involves daily communication with both colleagues and guests, you speak fluent Swedish and English. Experience in warehousing, logistics, and purchasing is an advantage. A B driver's license is a requirement.

Working hours vary, with shifts in the morning, daytime, evening, and weekends. The employment is a seasonal position at 80-100%, and the summer season runs from June to August. Salary and other conditions are according to the collective agreement with Vista-HRF Gröna riksavtalet. We offer staff accommodation and also have a staff camping area for those with their own camper, caravan, or tent.
