Sorting Staff for Our Terminal in Borlänge

At Martin & Servera, we deliver food and beverages to restaurants, cafés, and large kitchens across Sweden. We are now looking for sorting staff for our newly established terminal in Borlänge, which will serve Dalarna and surrounding areas.

What Will You Do?

As a sorter, you will be responsible for ensuring that the goods our customers order are packed, compressed, sorted, and prepared for delivery in the right condition and on time. You will ensure that the correct items are loaded onto the trucks, and that quality and delivery reliability meet our customers' expectations of Martin & Servera. Occasionally, you may also assist in delivering goods to our customers. Incoming goods will also arrive for sorting, which you will need to handle. The role includes various tasks related to cleaning and maintaining order. It requires a responsible employee who is meticulous and respects the raw materials. It is also important to us that you want to be involved in the development of the operation, as we constantly strive to improve what we do.

What Are We Looking For?

The job at our terminal is physical work where you will be on the move, so it is important that you are someone who enjoys staying fit. Everyone contributes to making the whole as good as possible. We communicate with each other and are clear in our feedback. This way, we lay the foundation for a good collaborative climate every day. To apply for the job, you need to:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Having a forklift license A2, A4, and B1 is an advantage.
• Be able to understand instructions in Swedish and express yourself clearly
• Be flexible and easy to collaborate with

If you have a C or CE driver's license, we consider it a strong advantage.

Your Workplace

At our terminal in Borlänge, you will be part of a close-knit team of about 10 employees. We support each other in our daily work and collaborate to create a positive work environment – even when things don't go exactly as planned. Here, together with your colleagues, you will play an important role in ensuring that all drivers have the right customers assigned to their trucks.
