We are currently looking for an operations technician with expertise in residential properties for our client in Gothenburg. 
This is a consulting assignment starting in January and lasting for 3 months with the possibility of extension. 

About the assignment
You will primarily be responsible for the operation and maintenance of residential properties in a team with technicians. You will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and management of the property's technical systems, ensuring that the systems function and are maintained in accordance with our guidelines and the expectations of the tenants. 

Your tasks

• Responsible for the ongoing operation, management, maintenance, and repairs of the building
• Responsible for operation and media control, control and regulation optimization
• Ongoing and planned/emergency repairs and maintenance
• Lead and coordinate repair work

• Experience as an operations technician in the property industry
• Experience working with residential and commercial properties
• Good knowledge of heating, cooling, ventilation, control & regulation, and operational optimization
• Good knowledge of functions and interactions between property systems
• Driver's license B
