Do you want a flexible job where no day is the same? You will work in the field and start from home with a service vehicle. In this role, you will work with both problem-solving and service for the company's customers.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with a strong technical interest who wants to develop. You likely have a technical high school education. You have previous experience in technical work and/or service in some form. Knowledge in electricity, mechanics, and electronics is highly meritorious. As a person, you are willing to learn new things, good at working both independently and in a team. You enjoy technical challenges and are a natural problem solver.

You are good at connecting with different types of people and are driven by personal development and creating win-win situations between you and your customers. You hold a B driver's license, are fluent in Swedish both spoken and written, and have a good command of English.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 15:30, on-call duty may occur. This is a recruitment process, and you will be employed directly by our client.

What does the role entail?
The tasks mainly consist of service, preventive maintenance, and repair of automatic entrance solutions. The work is primarily carried out independently at the company's customers in Gothenburg and surrounding areas. You are the customer's contact person and their face in the service organization.

Your tasks as a service technician will include:

• Planning and prioritizing service assignments
• Independently performing service, maintenance, and repairs
• Reporting completed assignments to the customer and the internal operation
• Suggesting improvement and/or upgrade measures to the customer
