About the Position

As a Personal Service Technician at Brandt, you will work with some of the most renowned brands in the automotive world - Volvo and Polestar.

You will be involved in troubleshooting and play a key role in the customer experience - from the first contact to completed service and payment. You are the customer's personal contact throughout the entire process and ensure that each step is handled with quality and commitment.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, engaged, and always strives to deliver world-class service. You work in a structured manner and enjoy following established routines and processes while having the ability to adapt when plans change. You have a positive outlook, find it easy to collaborate with others, and always put the customer first. We would like you to have experience with modern automotive technology and a strong interest in vehicles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, preferably with an automotive focus
• Driver's license B
• Good computer skills
