who has several years of experience as a site manager in concrete with experience in project sizes up to 100 million and preferably with knowledge and willingness for some calculations and purchasing in the projects. You have good knowledge of construction technology, negotiation, contracts, and construction law, as well as the ability to oversee the entire project from start to finish, big or small. You will work closely with the company's colleagues across many different areas of expertise. In the role of estimator, you will be a key person in the organization's continued success.

You will share responsibility for contacts with suppliers and subcontractors, you will prepare tender documents and specifications during procurements. You will manage the purchasing process and utilize existing contracts.

Job Responsibilities:

The Site Manager works with production control, estimation, work planning, and work management. A colleague for production staff in ongoing and upcoming construction projects of varying sizes from 10 to 100 million in the Stockholm region. Responsibilities include working on projects from start to finish with client contact, estimation, scheduling, subcontractors, material planning, reconciliation, quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety issues, as well as work planning.
