JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for seasonal employees as Property Caretakers for the outdoor environment for the 2026 season.

As a Property Caretaker, you belong to Vidingehem's property department, which ensures that our residential areas maintain high quality and are pleasant and safe to live in. As a Property Caretaker, you will take care of our outdoor environment in locations outside of Växjö, as well as a position within Växjö city and our environmental houses. You will be based in Rottne, Braås, Ingelstad, or Växjö.

You will be part of a friendly workgroup with several Property Caretakers who help each other with the tasks that need to be solved during the day. As a Property Caretaker, you will work with our outdoor environment, including lawn mowing, planting, weeding, and maintenance of our environmental houses. To thrive in this role, you should have a strong interest and knowledge of what is required for the care of outdoor environments and recycling.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with practical skills and knowledge in property maintenance. Experience in a similar role within property maintenance, green space management, and waste management is an advantage, but not a requirement.

A driver's license (B) is required. You should be able to speak, read, and understand Swedish.

You have a great ability to collaborate and build relationships while maintaining a professional approach with a strong sense of service and quality. You are a quick learner, open, and positive.

You will be part of a friendly workgroup with colleagues who help each other with the tasks that need to be solved during the day.
