The maintenance department's tasks focus on promoting high operational reliability through preventive, predictive maintenance and corrective actions, as well as analyses and measures to maintain or improve equipment performance. Maintenance works to ensure that technical availability positively impacts the OEE figure.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a technically developing workplace characterized by a fast pace and quick decision-making paths. The role offers a varied everyday life where your tasks are dynamic. For example, one week you may work with corrective maintenance, dealing with repairs and urgent events, such as handling alarms or restarting production after an unplanned stoppage. The following week, you might work with more preventive, planned maintenance or upgrade activities. This position is based in Markaryd but also includes maintenance for our facility in Strömsnäsbruk. The position is daytime.

Your main tasks and responsibilities include:

·         Troubleshooting and performing urgent actions.

·         Problem-solving including root cause analysis (RCA).

·         Installation and repairs.

·         Working with preventive and ongoing maintenance, improvement work, supervision/inspection, and repair work.

·         Assessing maintenance needs and addressing issues.

·         Participating in technical projects and improvement projects within maintenance.

·         Contributing to a developing and safe working environment and a reliable machine park.

·         Assisting with questions regarding the machine park, methods, and working practices.

·         Ensuring that corrective and preventive maintenance activities are carried out according to plan.

·         Assembling, maintaining, and managing machine equipment.

·         Being involved in long-term improvements regarding the machinery installations.

·         On-call duty is included.

Qualifications

·         A technical education (at least at the high school level) or other experience deemed equivalent.

·         Practical experience in maintenance technology.

·         Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, machining, and welding.

·         Proficiency in Swedish and English.

We consider it an advantage if you have:

·         Knowledge in electrical engineering or control and regulation technology.

·         Boiler operator training.

·         Knowledge and experience with CMMS and/or EAM; we currently use IFS Ultimo.
