Kvarnens Värdshus is looking for restaurant assistants for the summer of 2026.

We are seeking restaurant assistants who want to work during the summer season in weeks 26-32 or weeks 28-31.

The positions involve working during the day, evening, and weekends. Working hours vary between the restaurant's opening hours from 09:00 to 21:00 (4-8 hours per workday). The positions are full-time & part-time.

Restaurant assistant tasks: Work in the serving area, you will be at the cash register, serve the daily lunch dishes, prepare salads, baking, work in the cold kitchen and the kitchen.

You as a person should be able to work in a team, be stress-resistant, flexible, and service-oriented. You greet guests with a smile and are positive, cheerful, and helpful.

No previous experience is required. Training and introduction will take place at the restaurant.

Kvarnens Värdshus serves homemade traditional dishes daily during the summer season, lunches & offers a wide menu with main courses, pizza, hamburgers, appetizers/desserts, coffee breaks, and ice cream, etc.

We have a strong commitment to quality in both ingredients and service, and we want our guests to enjoy good food or coffee in a calm, pleasant, and rural environment close to the Högby stone mill located along road 136. Close to good bus connections to Stockholm, Kalmar, Borgholm, and Böda.
