We are looking for skilled CNC operators for MVUSAB in Smedjebacken, focusing on both milling and turning. In this role, you will work with modern CNC equipment in a varied production environment where quality, precision, and safety are prioritized. You will be an important part of a competent team where craftsmanship, responsibility, and collaboration are highly valued.

• Independently set up and operate CNC-controlled milling and/or turning machines

• Measure and ensure the quality of manufactured parts

• Contribute to a structured and clean workflow

• Experience in CNC milling and/or CNC turning

• Good proficiency in reading drawings and working with measurement techniques

• Ability to work independently and take responsibility

• Driver's license

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

• Knowledge of Heidenhain, Mazatrol, or Fanuc control systems

• Experience with multi-operation machines

• Industrial technical education or equivalent

MVUSAB (Morgårdshammars Verkstäder) is a manufacturing company in Smedjebacken with over 150 years of industrial tradition. They specialize in the manufacturing, welding, and assembly of heavy and advanced steel constructions, including sluice gates, steel nodes for high-rise buildings, mining machines, and heat exchangers for the paper industry.

The company has approximately 115 employees and is known for its high competence in mechanical manufacturing, even in extensive projects.
