We at Dala Industrisupport are now looking for a welding instructor for our internal team – if you are a skilled and experienced welder who wants to teach and develop others, this position may be for you. With us, you will have the opportunity to work with tailored training programs based on our customers' needs. This can involve everything from longer trainee programs where we train from the ground up to the customer's desired level, to further educating individuals who already have basic knowledge and taking them to the level that the customer desires. As an instructor, you will work closely with our internal project managers and representatives from the customer's operations. You are the reliable point that builds the participants' theoretical and practical competence and ensures that the training maintains high quality.

• Plan and conduct theoretical and practical teaching in welding

• Collaborate with customer representatives and project managers to follow up on participants' development

• Adapt teaching to the needs of the group and individuals

Location: We are based in Fagersta, Smedjebacken, and Gävle, so it may be an advantage if you live nearby, but it is not a requirement.

Scope: Full-time

Working Hours: Daytime

You have extensive experience in the welding field, especially in industrial manufacturing welding, and possess both broad theoretical knowledge and solid practical experience. You are pedagogical and have a natural ability to meet people at their level, adapting teaching and guidance according to the individual's conditions. You are passionate about sharing your knowledge and inspiring others to develop, and you see the value in each person reaching their full potential in the profession.

• Many years of experience in welding

• Blueprint reading

• Experience with MIG, MAG, TIG, and MMA

• Good knowledge of ISO-5817

• Driver's license and access to a car

• IWS certification

• Previous experience in training, mentoring, or coaching others

• Certification according to EN ISO 9606 – both valid and previously issued certificates are considered meritorious
