Project Manager for Implementation of Management System for Operational Information

Who we are looking for
Östersund Municipality is actively working on digitization and information management, and the Municipal Management Office is therefore looking for a Project Manager for the implementation of a Management System for Operational Information.
It is an advantage if you have an archivist education.
Job Responsibilities
In the role of Project Manager for information management, you will:
- Drive and lead projects within information management and document handling.
- Implement and improve management systems and processes.
- Work closely with our archivists at the office and colleagues from different departments to ensure an effective information flow and information security.
- Support administrations, municipal companies, and associations with proactive development in archiving and information management.
- Assist citizens and employees by providing qualitative and secure information solutions.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, we see that you have:
- A university degree in a relevant field such as archival science, quality technology, project management, or similar.
- Preferably experience in driving and leading projects, preferably within the public sector.
- Good computer skills and strong communication abilities.
- Knowledge of archive management, information classification, and document handling.
