Project Manager/Supervisor for Nordic Energy Solutions.

Nordic Energy Solutions works with the energy technology of the future, and we are now looking for a project manager/supervisor who wants to take responsibility for our installations and projects in solar energy and energy storage.

About the role:

As a project manager/supervisor, you will:

• Design, plan, and lead projects from start to finish, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Be present on projects and ensure smooth operations and management of complex technical solutions, such as advanced cabling.
• Collaborate closely with customers, suppliers, and our installation teams.
• Ensure that the work adheres to quality standards and timelines.
• Be responsible for work management and ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Contribute technical expertise and solve challenges in complex installations.

You will play a key role in our operations and work with solutions that make a real difference in a rapidly growing industry.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in project management or supervision, preferably in construction, energy, or technology.
• Is structured and has a good ability to plan and prioritize.
• Has experience leading teams and creating good collaborations.
• Has technical understanding and experience in operational responsibility and advanced cabling.
• Is comfortable participating in large B2B projects and working closely with customers and suppliers.
• Has good communication skills and can express themselves well in Swedish and English.
• Has a B driver's license (a requirement).

Certificates such as BAS-P/BAS-U or experience in workplace responsibility are meritorious but not required.
