Main Responsibilities

We are now looking for a new team member to join our wonderful group at Snabbgross Club Västerås.

As a store employee, you will have a varied job. Everything from cashier work, orders, picking goods in the store or in e-commerce, and product display. In your daily work, you will meet customers whom you will actively engage to drive profitable sales. You will also participate in the store's improvement areas, development, and ensure a good customer experience and work environment. The work is physical and may involve some heavy lifting.

Who are you?

You are interested in food, enjoy working with customers and sales, which is a prerequisite for the role. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are good at prioritizing while being meticulous, quality-conscious, and have an easy time working in a team, you will enjoy being with us at Snabbgross.

You have a high school education and good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. It is an advantage if you have worked in the service industry, preferably in retail/food.

Scope: Permanent employment of 40 hours per week, probationary employment applies.

Start date: 2026-02-02 or by agreement.

Working hours: You will alternate between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
