+46 is a fast-growing Swedish mobile operator that delivers mobile services, broadband, switch solutions, and driving logs to businesses across the country.

We are now strengthening our team and looking for 2 driven appointment setters who want to be part of our continued journey.

The Role

As an appointment setter, you are a central part of our sales team. Your task is to contact companies, capture and create interest, and schedule qualified meetings for our salespeople. You work in a structured, goal-oriented manner, focusing on creating new business opportunities every day.

You will receive a proper introduction where you will learn about our products, our systems, and how to succeed best in the role. We will also help you develop your conversation techniques.

Working hours and location

• Monday–Friday 08:30–17:00
• No evenings or weekends
• Office: Kopparlunden, Västerås

Salary

Fixed salary + commission.

You have a secure base salary and the opportunity to influence your own income.

Qualifications

• Swedish and English, spoken and written
• Good computer skills (customer management, Word/Writer, Excel/Calc)
• Preferred: experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service
