As a chef with us, you play a key role in creating fantastic culinary experiences for our guests – whether it's lunch, conference, or dinner. We are looking for someone with previous experience in a restaurant kitchen who wants to continue developing in an environment where both quality and creativity are in focus.

What can a day look like?

A day in MJ'S kitchen can involve everything from managing an intense lunch rush to delivering a memorable evening service. We often work in different teams depending on the day's needs, but always with a common goal – to deliver food with feeling, quality, and a touch of playfulness.

• Preparation and cooking of lunch, conference meals, and à la carte

• Daily planning and collaboration within the kitchen team

• Contributing ideas and creative input in menu work

• Ensuring good hygiene and following procedures according to HACCP

• Being a good colleague and role model in the kitchen

About the position

Employment type: Full-time 80%
Start date and salary: Salary and start date according to agreement

You are confident in the kitchen, enjoy a fast pace, and are passionate about creating experiences with food. You are a team player but also take personal responsibility. You appreciate present leadership and want a work environment where you can be both professional and creative.

In addition, we believe you need:

• Previous experience as a chef in a restaurant kitchen

• Good teamwork skills and a positive attitude

• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety
