We are now looking for a committed and self-driven property technician with a good overall understanding of property operations, maintenance, and outdoor environments. You will play a central role in daily operations and be responsible for coordinating and project managing subcontractors in various projects.

Your Responsibilities

• Responsible for ongoing operation and supervision of properties

• Plan and execute maintenance and upkeep of technical systems

• Responsible for outdoor environment, including supervision and coordination of maintenance

• Troubleshooting and minor repairs

• Project manage and coordinate subcontractors for maintenance and improvement projects

• Ensure that work is performed according to agreements, timelines, and quality requirements

• Be the contact person for contractors and other partners

Your Qualifications

• Experience working as a property technician or in a similar role

• Good knowledge of property operations, maintenance, and upkeep

• Ability to plan, structure, and drive work independently

• Experience collaborating with and leading external suppliers

• Good problem-solving skills, service mindset, and sense of responsibility

• You are knowledgeable, helpful, willing to work, and have a positive attitude

• A valid driver's license (B) is required for the position.

Meritorious

• Knowledge in operation and property technology

• Experience in outdoor maintenance such as lawn mowing and weed removal

• Experience in snow removal, especially at entrances
