About the position

In this role, you will work on assembling the company’s well-known products – such as chainsaws, robotic lawn mowers, brush cutters, and other garden and forestry products. The assembly work is performed at a high pace and includes the use of various tools. You will be part of a larger team where over 50 people work with assembly in a diverse environment. Working hours are either two shifts, constant weekend shifts, or only daytime, as it varies depending on the station. You need to be flexible and open to all shifts as shift changes may occur.

The position as an assembler is a full-time consultancy assignment, the duration may vary but usually involves a 6-month probationary period, with the possibility of permanent employment for the right person.

About you

To succeed in the role of assembler, you need to have documented experience in assembly in a similar environment – preferably from industry or manufacturing production. The work is physically demanding and takes place at a high pace, which means you should be stress-resistant, have good physical endurance, and be comfortable with repetitive tasks. As a person, you are also cooperative and a team player, you enjoy physical work in a fast-paced environment and are flexible with shifts and tasks.

Important for the position is that you:

• Have previous experience in assembly in an industrial environment.
• Are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Enjoy physical work in a fast-paced environment.
• Are flexible regarding shifts and shift changes.
