As a welder at PLS, you will be part of a small team of dedicated and competent welders. In the team, we collaborate to achieve our common goals. Your tasks will include tacking, welding, and post-processing.

Who do we think you are?

We are looking for someone with previous experience or education in welding. Alternatively, you may have welded a lot in your spare time, perhaps in your own workshop or garage, and are comfortable with basic welding skills.

You do not need to be fully trained, but it is important that you master the basics and are open to developing and taking on new challenges. As a person, you are meticulous, motivated, and efficient, and you have the ability to always go the extra mile. You enjoy practical work in a workshop environment and like to work with your hands.

We would like you to be a quick learner, genuinely interested in industrial work, and have a good ability to work both independently and in a team. You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and be able to reach the workplace in Rydaholm, which is facilitated if you have a driver's license and a car due to limited public transport.

The position is full-time and the working hours are during the day. At PLS, you are offered a promising future with good benefits at a company that cares about its employees. The start date is as soon as possible by agreement.
