About the Position

As a machine operator at Husqvarna AB, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing the operation of production machines. Your tasks will vary but will include preventive maintenance, checking the functionality of machines, and addressing any issues that may arise.

The work is done in a 4-shift rotation, which includes day, evening, and night shifts, as well as one weekend a month. There may also be 2-shift work depending on the station, so you need to be open to both. The position of machine operator is a full-time consulting assignment located in Huskvarna. The assignment starts with a six-month probationary period and can lead to a permanent position for the right person.

Your main tasks will include:

• Monitoring and operation of machines
• Troubleshooting
• Material replenishment
• Repairing minor machine faults

About You

As a person, you have a strong technical interest and enjoy working practically on the floor. As a colleague, you are helpful and contribute to a good working environment. Since instructions are provided digitally in Swedish, it is important that you are fluent in the language both spoken and written. We believe you appreciate taking responsibility and are quick to learn new skills. You are punctual, curious to learn new things, grow with responsibility, and have a high quality mindset. Additionally, you are meticulous, communicative, and like to take your own initiatives at work.

Important for the Position:

• Previous experience as a machine operator or equivalent.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Desired to have a forklift license.
• Background in electrical or metal industry is a plus.
