We at Anderstorps Mekaniska Verkstad AB (AMV) are now looking for a press operator who wants to become part of our team in Anderstorp. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in production, has a good pace at work, and is meticulous, engaged, and quality-conscious.

About the role

As a press operator at AMV, you will operate eccentric presses in production. The role requires pace, accuracy, and a sense of responsibility but no setup competence.

     You will work according to production documentation and check the quality of the parts while contributing to an efficient production flow. If necessary, you are also expected to help in other departments – flexibility and willingness to assist are important to us.

Your tasks

• Operate and monitor press machines.
• Ensure quality and dimensions according to drawings.
• Perform measurements and simple quality checks.
• Maintain order and contribute to a safe working environment.
• Assist in other departments as needed.
• Contribute to problem-solving and improvements in production.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in industrial work, preferably as a press operator.
• Is used to working at a fast pace.
• Is meticulous, quality-conscious, and responsible.
• Has a positive attitude and enjoys collaborating.
• Is flexible and willing to contribute where needed.
• Is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
