We are now looking for more individuals to join our team of drivers in Accessible Transport Vehicles / Multi-vehicles in Umeå. We are seeking both full-time and part-time candidates.

A multi-vehicle is a minibus that can accommodate passengers sitting in wheelchairs, for example. Our multi-vehicles can be driven with a B driving license, but you must have a taxi license. As a driver in a multi-vehicle, you will primarily perform wheelchair transports, but also stretcher transports, accessible transport, school trips, and medical trips, and sometimes even regular taxi rides. Working hours are varied and follow a shift schedule, which means evenings and weekends may occur.

The positions are available to start as soon as possible. Before starting, training in the company's routines and equipment will be conducted.

We primarily welcome applicants who already hold a taxi license, but we also consider candidates interested in obtaining a taxi license if you seem like the right person for the organization. For those without a taxi license, we can offer assistance with studies to obtain the taxi license (study materials, etc.). We also cover the costs of obtaining the taxi license (exam fees, medical examination, etc.).

Driving taxi with us is primarily about providing good service, and it is a great advantage if you enjoy meeting customers and are socially inclined. You will work with customer contact on every trip, and you play an important role in the daily lives of those who use our services.

We consider it a requirement that you possess the following qualities and skills:

- At least 20 years old (legal requirement) and hold a B driving license

Your job responsibilities as a taxi driver will be to perform trips for Min Taxi's customers in Umeå and surrounding municipalities, and to provide our customers with excellent service in the best possible way. Being a taxi driver is a very service-oriented profession with a lot of customer contact. It is easy to think that taxi driving is just about transporting people to/from bars on weekend nights, as this is often what individuals associate taxi driving with. However, driving taxi with us is primarily about providing community-funded transport on weekdays. This includes medical trips for regions, school trips, and accessible transport for municipalities. There are also many business trips for corporate clients. You will constantly work with people and often be a key part of their daily lives, helping them get to/from healthcare facilities, schools, work, etc.

We cover a large geographical area and operate in many parts of Norrland. For example, we have vehicles stationed in Boden, Kalix, Luleå, Nordmaling, Robertsfors, Sollefteå, Vindeln, Vännäs, Umeå, and Örnsköldsvik municipalities. It is not uncommon for us to have many longer trips across municipal borders, covering large parts of Norrland. Currently, we have about 150 vehicles and approximately 250 employed drivers.

In addition to performing trips and taking care of our customers, your job will also include keeping the vehicles you drive clean and well-maintained.

The company has a collective agreement, and salaries are in accordance with the collective agreement. Work in multi-vehicles is compensated according to the following model.

New driver without experience in the profession

Hourly wage: 166.78 SEK/h

Monthly salary: 27753 / 166.4 hours

2 years of experience in the profession

Hourly wage: 171.84 SEK/h

Monthly salary: 28594 / 166.4 hours

4 years of experience in the profession

Hourly wage: 174.71 SEK/h

Monthly salary: 28594 / 166.4 hours

6 years of experience in the profession

Hourly wage: 175.31 SEK/h

Monthly salary: 29171 / 166.4 hours
