We are looking for a customer service representative for our workshop in Gnesta.

You will work in customer service and have daily contact with customers while planning the work in the workshop.

Responsibilities:

• Daily contact with customers via phone and email
• Welcoming customers in the reception
• Planning and booking work for mechanics
• Creating, booking, and following up on work orders
• Ordering car parts through our programs
• Collaboration with the workshop

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a car mechanic or from a car workshop
• Is service-oriented and enjoys customer contact
• Is structured and enjoys planning
• Is comfortable working with computers and programs
• Wants to work in a customer service and office environment

Language requirements:

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• At least basic knowledge of Polish
• Communicative English
